Error: Can't find link id: 1

none of my links work. I get the previuos error. I have made sure all files are chmod correctly, and I have adjusted the path on jump.cgi back and forth, finally leaving it set the same as it was becuase nothing worked. I have heard other UniX installs having this problem. I think Ive mind boggled everyone I know with this problem.
