I try to install links2 in communitech.net.
but something error 403 forbidden. I think there is something wrong on file permission because they are using suExec. please someone help me to modify file permissions..

I wouldn't bother. Communitech policy states that "Due to the consumption of system resources and overloading of the e-mail server, CommuniTech.Net forbids the use of the Gossamer Links program by any client."

If you want to use Links, then you will require a new web host: unless the policy is void on dedicated servers and you are on a dedicated - but then you would have to ask them.
