Alrighty.. Im gettin' the dreaded 500 error message.. Here's what ive done..

(1) Viewed the FAQ and had my links.cfg up.. Made sure everything was correct
(2) Went through each file and made sure it was pointing at the perl /usr/local/bin/perl
(3) Combed the links.cfg file for possible mistakes on my part..
(4) Doubled checked links.cfg again

Still getting the 500 error message when I try to add a category..

Any help/guidance is appericated..

did you upload in ascii, and verify all permissions?

Yes I did.. I triple verified them.. Also, uploaded the files twice, just to make sure they were in ASCII..

Are all files suppose to be uploaded in ASCII? Like to catagory and links.def files?

yup. All files need to be in ascii.

If you are using ws_ftp, make sure you are NOT set to auto mode.

Thanks.. I went through and re-uploaded everything.. Even resetting all permissions.. Still having no luck.. Ive got other CGI scripts running.. I just don't know what else it could be..
