Hi,

I tried it on the URL you sent me and it worked fine. I went to Plugin Manager, Edit (for user Lookup), selected a file, entered a name for that file, and hit Update and it got added in.

Did you do something different?

Thanks for looking into this. I apologize... apparently I was not bright enough to figure this out on my own....

I wasn't entering any filename in the filename box. I guess I was thinking it took the same name as the file that was being uploaded.

Please forgive my stupidity.
