Ive searched but didnt find a clear answer.

I have on the same install links with a document property (isPDF) and others with a video property (isVideo).
Once the person searches and gets results the resultas are mixed one with the other.
How can I have a link or filter to just display isVideo marked links and same with isPDF?

Have you tried passing isPDF=1 (or "Yes", not sure what you have in your DB) ... this will then match records ONLY where isPDF is selected.
