I am getting this CGI Error when I first try to go to mysql.cgi.

Error Message : fatal undef error: GT_Template (27601): Unable to open template file '/templates/database.html'. Reason: File does not exist. at html.pl line 45

Perl Version : 5.00502

Any thoughts on what the problem might be.

I believe you are referring to MySQLMan, which this message should be posted in the MySQLMan forum.
