Is there anyone who can tell me how to make a SSI on a NT/2000 server to run a perl/cgi script?

I use the external categorielist to show up record link on a page. I use this on a linux server with SSI this works fine. But how do i do this on NT/2000.

Please can give somebody me a clue? I'm going to use dbman on a nt/2000 server and don't know how to make this work?
