Previously I've made a request on making dbman as:

But it seemed no one willing to address my problem( maybe for my outright igorance on Perl ).
JPDeni or any other experts, could you give me a hand?

If this task is really hard to do, I'm willing to pay for it. (Hopefully not too expensive for I'm still a student)
