When I run the script, it says in can't locate html.pl. It locates the files before that but not that file. That file is in the same directory and everything. Perl is set up correctly and the cgi directory and script are correct. Any ideas?

Have you changed the line
$db_script_path = ".";
in db.cgi? If you have, try taking it back to the default value above. If you haven't changed it, try entering the path to the directory where the scripts are -- not the URL!
