I got rid of all my problems but one. When I try to go to the add screen, a blank screen comes up instead of the add screen. I'm using the original html.pl file. Any ideas?

What browser are you using?
Check the page source in your browser and see what comes up. If you see the html for a form, then there's probably a missing tag somewhere, especially if you're using Netscape.
I would suggest that, just for testing purposes, you set autogenerate to 1 in the default.cfg file. You can work on the html later.
