Hmm Im sure my posts keep disappearing :)

When I try to send email using Net::SMTP I get the following error:

Error: The getpwuid function is unimplemented at e:/Perl/site/lib/Net/Config.pm line 43.

Im using activestate perl. I've had it work in the past but it seems to have stopped. What is causing it?

Ah thats where it went.

I must have posted here by accident thinking I'd posted in the perl forum, then when I came back I thought it had gone, hence my comment:

Is that still a bug, is it? Or has your timer expired.

I guess that's why a "Report this thread to a moderator" button would be useful.

It seems there's a lack of decent coffee on the British Isles... Wink

....and I like it, and Irish coffee's too :)

I hate strong coffee like perculated stuff.

Hmm. Just been for lunch and had a Russian coffee - 1/2 coffee, 1/2 cream with a flake on top. Mmm. Very nice. And not a drop of vodka in sight ;-)

I'd die without my coffee. I just wish it were cheaper where I live ... the sh_t I buy sucks big time.
