First of all a congratulations to GT for another release of Links SQL.

I was wondering if anyone has experience building a RSS site with Links SQL that will pull RSS / XML news feeds into a news feeds directory. Is there a mod for this?

It would be nicer a new page on the admin side to set up new RSS feeds but if I can pull some now and indicate them to customers...

I am actually interested in making a subsection of my current directory a news pull section. So I would like to use Links SQL to show the news feeds from news sites.

I think what you want to do is make Links SQL give you an RSS feed for other to use.

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can do what I need done?

Interesting idea, to pull RSS news from sites and place the info into LSQL categories.
This might be possible using a global.

If you add a new field into Links table, named RSS_link, then the global would be able to pull, process, display RSS news for each RSS "link".
Theoritically it could work.
