Has anyone tried the Remote Search script while running Tandat's Search Cache plugin? After the initial search and the cache is created, it displays "No matches found" thereafter on a remote searches. For example, if I search for "microsoft" and no cache is created for that term, it displays results. However, if I search for "microsoft" again now that it is cached, I get the no matches found error. I'm not sure which plugin would need to be modified to get this to work. I'm guessing the cache plugin would need to be disabled on all searches that have xml_feed=1.
