When I add files in the data base the file url.db remains empty it is for that that jump.cgi does not go error can't find ID!

Please do NOT add duplicate Threads...just add a Reply to your original Thread.
Anyway...as I stated before you need to change the permission of the url.db file to 666 (rw-rw-rw-) and you make sure that you have the file in the correct directory as defined in the $db_url_name variable in the links.cfg file.
