Is there a way or a flag to change the order the links get posted? I want the older links at the top, and newer links to be added below the previous link. Is there a addon, or a switch for this?

I think you'll have to play around with site_html.pl or site_html_templates.pl. There doesn't appear to be a MOD that meets your requirements. You may be on your own here!
