Is there a way to add multiple links in one submission? In Linkbank, I could submit a link that pointed to a series of links and all would be uploaded as links at the same level.

Not without hacking the add.cgi script.
The easy solution is to use another add form in the add_success.html template file that will allow users to add another link.
