I add sites and other stuff but after I run the nph-build.cgi it changes the permissions of my links.db to -rw-r--r-- and when I go and add more, I get this

Error Message : error in add_record. unable to open database:
Reason: Permission denied

If I go and chmod 777 links.db and then everything will work until I run nph-build.cgi.

I set the $build_dir_per in the links.cfg to 777 even when the 0 was in front of it, I had this problem.
