I have searched all the forums, tried to edit files from the beginning several times, tried to use the script on 3 different servers (hypermart, virtualave and mycgiserver.com) w no success.
Please somebody help me urgently cause i simlpy don't have any idea what to do.

Now that you mentioned that admin_html.pl file, i found out what was wrong.
There was no admin_html.pl file at all. That happened because i unzipped the zip package with an old zip program that doesn't support long filenames. It means that any file with name longer than 8 chars wasn't unzipped.

I'm really sorry for wasting your time with such a stupid problem. Now it all works properly and I can't tell you how happy i am.
