I can't run admin.cgi - it wants to download. When I open the file I have the following message. Have checked permissions & tried to check my paths but must have missed something. Help!

Error including libraries: Can't locate /www/basimusic/cgi-bin/links/admin/db.pl in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux/5.00404 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at admin.cgi line 28.

Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.
