Vote-Rate = No... No

Vote-Rate = No... No
Ok, what is causing this and how do I fix it

Building Top Rated Page . . .
Vote Range: 10.00 .. 10.00
Rate Range: No .. No

Note: One vote puts the link on the top rated page, not 10 as it should be.
I would post what the file says, but I'm not sure where to look, links.def, nph-build.cgi or what?

Thanks

Obviously something odd is going on Smile

Someone would have to look at a bunch of areas of your code to find out what/where that is happening, starting with the build_rate routines.

Why you are getting a 'no' suggests you changed something from a numeric to a text in a config file or during one of your edits to a file.

Ok, the most recent editing I have done, I attempted to use Loopy's Multiple Category Mod, but when I did, build all would stop after:

Gathering Category and Link information . . .

So I used "Build, Staggerd Auto" Then the fields all got out of wack. The description field had the contact name and all fields below that were moved up one notch.

I reloaded my original files, then I noticed the rate saying "no" Now when I add new files the rate says "0" as it should, but all previous entries must be motified. However, on building I still get this:

Building Top Rated Page . . .
Vote Range: 10.00 .. 10.00
Rate Range: No .. No

So does this narrow the problem down any?

Thanks
Beckie
