I got a kind of small problem, anyway I cannot solve it:
The links to cgi (add.cgi; modify.cgi) of my "index.htm" don't link to the right place (instead of http://cstar.twu.net/cgi-bin/links/add.cgi to http://cstar.twu.net/cgi-bin/add.cgi)

Where can I find the mistake?

Check your links.cfg to make sure all your paths are correct. If that doesn't work you can always edit the links menually in you temalates in home.html
