I am getting this error message:

Error Message : Unable to copy links backup. Reason: Permission denied

Script Location : /home/httpd/html/wtvo/cgi-bin/links/admin/nph-build.cgi

Perl Version : 5.00503

I set all the permissions as indicated in the instructions but I kept getting this error message.

Help is appreciated!

Here are a few suggestions;

CHMOD the backup folder to 777
CHMOD the backup files to 666

Thank you so much, now it works but when I try to CHMOD the files inside the backup folder into 666 in would not allow me to change it although the script does work fine now.


Also I am getting this error message:

Internal Server Error

When I click on "rate it" .

That normally means the location of Perl is not set correctly (at the top of the frate.cgi file), or you have not CHMODED it to 755.
