I have a difficult problem, which I can not understand in any way.
All works perfectly, except for references!
I receive this error:

Error: Can't find link id: ID HERE

F.e.

No - this file (url.db) is empty. Why? Where to search for a mistake?
And one more problem:
When I press "Build All", there is this inscription:
Backing up database...
Backing up links, category and email database (File:: Copy)...
CGI ERROR
====================================== ===
Error Message: Unable to copy links backup. Reason: Permission denied

I have chmod all .cgi 755

For construction of pages I used Staggered (Auto).
Please help to understand!

well, permission is denied to alter your databas(s) as the error message plainly describes to you. try chmod'ing them again to 666.
