I just got Link2 installed and I'm testing it now. I am able to create a new catagory, link from the admin page, and link from directory page. The problem is when i search for the link created from the directory web page and try to click on it i get this error:

Error: Can't find link id: 6

did you build your pages? is your url.db empty?

i deleted the catagory and link, then reentered them. it works now...something must have happened the first time....who nows?...thanks for replying
