When I press build pages, this is the error message I recieve.

attempt to load http://www.millenniumshiva.com/cgi-bin/links/admin/nph-build.cgi?staggered=1'failed


Can someone let me know what it means.

I found the error after double checking my links.cfg file and permissions.

The problem was with the permissions settings.

I set the permissions using Fetch with multiple files selected and for some reason It did not set the permissions correctly for all the files.

So, when you install the program take the time to set permissions manually.
