After Staggered(auto) building pages, link does not to to website

After Staggered(auto) building pages, link does not to to website
After I build the links, i visit the page and the link takes me to "/cgi-bin/jump.cgi?id=1"

What's the problem?

Also It does nothing when I choose build or staggered. It only builds it if I choose staggered (auto).
