All was going smoothly until I hit the 4th step of the "test" list in the readme file--where you do a search for the first link. The pages were created okay during the build page, but when I went to search...got the old 500 internal error. Normally I'm able to spot my problems right off with this, but this time I'm stuck.

Okay, I've already checked to make sure that the path to perl is right (it's perl Perl5.003), that I uploaded in ASCII (reuploaded just to be sure), that I haven't made any typos in the links.cfg script, and that the permissions are set to 755 on each of them. It seems to affect each of the cgi-files in the first cgi/links directory so I did doublecheck the path for that in the cfg file and no problem.

I've run out of ideas.

Any other suggestions for things to check for? Any thoughts would be highly appreciated!
