This morning when I triead to buid I got
this error message :

Not sure from your second message if you solved your own problem? Sounds a lot like what happened to me a few days ago -- my database somehow crashed during building. One time when I tried rebuilding, I got the database is 0 bytes error. It was actually more like 9k (down from 50 or 60k), but no matter. The problem was easily solved by copying the latest backup file to "links.db" and rebuilding. Hopefully you didn't lose too much between your last backup and the crash; I generally save my links.db before rebuilding now...
