I'm wondering if anyone has modified links or has a links mod that would allow links to include direct SEO-friendly URL links to each listed site yet still call jump.pl via javascript onclick to count outgoing hits to each site?

This way outgoing links from a directory would count as incoming links to google and other search engines that use such data to assign pagerank, etc. and inclusion in a links 2.0 directory would have added value not only for direct value but also this new indirect value.
