Is there such a MOD that will do this. I have searched the forum but the only MOD i have come across is the one by Widgetz which i believe needs his install scripts to complete the installation. Can anyone help.

Actually...you do not need Widgetz install.cgi script to apply the top sites Mod. Use the codes in the Thread you found.
