Hello everyone

I'm running links 2.0 and I'm trying to find out how I can possibly begin to run 2 different templates (one in English and the other in Spanish) and allow for both to read the off the same database. Is this feasible or do I have to run 2 separate versions of links instead?
I do not want use a translation program to achieve this. Someone please tell me what are my options here and how can I get started.
