I'm wondering, does GT support payment of its product by PayPal? Also, I reside in Canada, though the site is hosted on US servers. In that case, does GST tax apply when ordering?

Yeah..they do. I've done it several times. Just submit a normal purchase order, and let them know you want to pay via PayPal. I have the address, but I'm not sure if they would like me to post it here.
