The install script did not guess the paths correctly again, and it might be best to ask "server root" as well as the other two paths. That way you can figure out which part of the path is server root and maps onto the URL, and which is the path.
Also, if you look at the setup variables, two of the variables had an extra / in the path. (Can't remember which two though).
And, then again, the 'dynamic' didn't run properly, but that is in a different message.
