Will the install program eventually be smart enough to know what files have to be overwritten?

For instance:

Overwrite Config Files (Your current version needs to be updated)
Overwrite Templates (No changes to the templates were made)
Overwrite Code: GT Library files changed
Links Library files Changed

etc.

Right now it's hard to know if you can safely answer "no" to any of the questions.

Hi,

Possibly, not in the short term though. We have been playing with the idea of doing automatic diffs so you can see what has changed before it overwrites the file.
