what did i do wrong?
Ok i got it all setup and customized but when i goto try:
http://server.com/cgi-bin/db.cgi?signup_form=1 (and yes i did replace it with my URL) it just goes to the logon screen i want it so people can go to a URL and beable to signup for a screen name

You need to set $auth_signup = 0; to 1 in your default.cfg file.
