i have no idea how to set up teh config file for my own database basicly all im using it for is for members to look up other members info i can run the demo and when i try to change the script for what i want i fail everytime.i used the database script generator too.Link is <a href=http://damisfit.hypermart.net/cgi-bin/dbman/db.cgi>

and i get this error CGI ERROR

Reason: (Maybe you didn't strip carriage returns after a network transfer?)

Looks like you didn't upload the new files in ASCII mode. That's what the "strip carriage returns message" usually means.

You can try to upload the files again -- this time in ASCII mode and give it a shot. Some people have said that they had to delete the files first, though, then upload in ASCII and set the permissions again.
