Is there a way I can load 200+ usernames and passwords into DBMAN???

There is no bulkload Mod. However, you can use Excel or another spreadsheet program and put the usernames and passwords with the correct permissions, like the default.pass file. Then export the file into a text file with the following delimiter :.
