I have uploaded the script to my cgi-bin, set the permission on the db.cgi and changed the db_script_path to reflect the location of the db.cgi script. I hit the script with my browser and I get an internal server config. error. My Perl script troubleshooter comes back with the following:

Can't locate Time/Local.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.00502/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00502 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at db.cgi line 1071.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at db.cgi line 1071.

Any help is appreciated

The problem is with your Perl package. Make sure that your hosting company has uploaded all the current modules of Perl 5.003 or above. It looks like you have older modules on your server.
