DBman's main file is renamed to db.cgi.suspended
My db.cgi file is often renamed to db.cgi.suspended.
My provider says that they do not rename this file manually (but the file might have been renamed automatically by the system)
Why it might happen?

I'm not sure, but it looks like perl processes were suspended when db.cgi was in the middle of something. I've never got a .suspended filename, but I've found files in directories with .save and .bak that the system creates itself on occasion. If it's just copying the file, I wouldn't worry too much about it, but if it's renaming it and not leaving the original, and it has nothing to do with you, you need to contact your administrator again and ask them to look again.
