We'll see how we go for time, but essentially there are 4 things we need to do:

1) Add the field to users.cfg (done) and default.pass (add permission mod basically)
2) Setup a new count file for the ID (simple)
3) Change the Admin stuff so the ID is written/updated when users are added/modified (not too hard, but the most time consuming)
4) Change the relational code (should be easy)

This sort of modifications requires changes to serveral files, so it might be easier if we worked through private mail rather than cluttering up the forums.
