MySQL Strange Messages
Having some REALLY strange things happen on my MySQL server this morning. First, I am getting messages like this:

Nov 3 07:33:21 debi kernel: cmd mysqld pid 1263 tried to use non-present sched_yield
Nov 3 07:33:57 debi last message repeated 8 times
Nov 3 07:35:22 debi last message repeated 5 times

My "message" log file was 8 Megs this morning of these! I stopped and restarted MySQL, and they continued in a similar manner. I restarted the server, and they continue.

I also have a LOT of really weird messages suddenly appearing in other, various logs:

Really strange!

Any idea what is happening... or better, how to fix it?

I did some googling, and about the only thing I could find was to rebuild my KERNEL with:

options P1003_1B
options _KPOSIX_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING
options _KPOSIX_VERSION=199309L

Added. But I do not know or understand what this is. These posts are a couple years old, too. Not a whole lot out there on this topic. POSIX is not something I use (knowingly!). If I add this, do I have to install anything else? Does this look right to you? What the heck is POSIX?

This is a Dedicated MySQL server running Server version: 5.1.22-rc-log on FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE with a 4 Core Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5335 @ 2.00GHz and 8 Gig Memory.

Oh, about the only change I have made recently is I have added is InnoDB and tables. My MySQL databases are pretty well optimized using MySQLTuner 0.9.9 and tuner-primer.sh
