Links is sending duplicates emails to link owners, and I've never wanted it to do that. I wonder if some other mod I installed caused it to stop duplicate checking?

I have read the forum over and over, and find no help - I see lots of ways to stop it from checking for duplicates, so one CAN send duplicates, but I don't want to send duplicates - yet it does.

Please, If I've missed something in the forum, please direct me to the exact URL of a helpful discussion, rather than telling me to search the forum. I've done that to no avail.
