I don't think it is with the current version.

I'd really like to see this added to a new version, along with a separate url for admins...

I have 2 admin users, one mainly for the forum, but yesterday I discovered a problem with GForum ( http://www.gossamer-threads.com/...orum.cgi?post=292945 ) so wanted to create a second admin account for GComm. I've had to revert to a global admin username / password but seperate would have been better.
