nt equivalent of unix' 'mv' command

nt equivalent of unix' 'mv' command
does anyone know the nt equivalent of 'mv' (move)?

i've tried move, the combination "copy and del", but the problem with these is that the commands don't like the backward slashes used to define the directory

ie. cgi_dir = d:/websites/solutionscomau/cgi-bin

I'm desperate for an answer!

Don't quote me on this but I think your commands will work if you use forward slashes instead...
ie: d:\directory\path\cgi-bin

forward slashes would work in isolation with the nt commands - ren, copy, del etc

but the forward slashes in the script will result in the script not working Frown
