not all categories display

not all categories display
In short that is the problem, I have applied "build all" numerous times but only nine of the categories appear on the home page. Is there a script change that needs to occur?

Did you change the permission of your /links/pages/ directory to 777 (rwxrwxrwx) AS INSTRUCTED in the README file ?!
