Urgent!
darn! I'm a newbie to NT and am working on Links for a person on NT. I keep on getting and error like this:
Code:
CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Can't open perl script "d:\http\wirelessadvisor\private-cgi-bin\links\add.pl": Permission denied

I know this is probably simple - I don't know much about NT. Also, do some NT servers use sendmail or do they all run on SMTP mail servers?

1) Make sure that you have set the $db_iis variable on, like the following:

Code:
$db_iis = 1;

in the links.cfg file.

2) There are sendmail packages available for NT Servers. The best one is Blat. Go to Yahoo and search for Blat Mail and then you will find the site where this package is located.

HOWEVER, when I was working as a NT Administrator, I could never get this to work, so I used Sockets and SMTP mailer codes using the Mailer.pm file.
