Help - urgent
I keep on getting this error in all of the cgi files (add.cgi, modify.cgi, etc)on my system now:
Code:
Error including libraries: Can't locate links.cfg in @INC (@INC contains: d:\http\wirelessadvisor\private-cgi-bin\links F:\perl\5.005\lib/MSWin32-x86-object F:\perl\5.005\lib F:\perl\site\5.005\lib/MSWin32-x86-object F:\perl\site\5.005\lib F:\perl\site\lib .) at d:\http\wirelessadvisor\private-cgi-bin\links\add.pl line 30.

Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.

Everything looks OK though, I can't figure it out. Here's my links.cfg file.

Your paths are ALL wrong!

Change the following codes:

Code:
$db_script_path = "/http/WirelessAdvisor/private-cgi-bin/links/admin";

to the following:

Code:
$db_script_path = "d:/http/WirelessAdvisor/private-cgi-bin/links/admin";

And change the rest of your path configs like above.

REMEMBER, you are NOT on a UNIX server and you CANNOT use UNIX path configurations. YOU must include the drive and COMPLETE absolute path in your path configurations.

Windows based servers will look for the DRIVE where your files are located....

NO DRIVE = NO FILE = ERROR MESSAGE

Oh dear this is no fun. When I change the paths to what you said, it no longer works and says 'no such file or directory' when I go to build...Could you have a quick look? Please? I'll give you the ftp info and stuff - and since you obviously know what you're doing, it shouldn't take you long. I'd REALLY appreciate it! Let me know

Another problem I see in your configuration is the sendmail path...This is incorrect especially for NT. You need to use something like:

Code:
C:/Winnt/blat.exe

If your server has blat installed. If not, use SMTP.

Also, you need to include the full path to your links.cfg file in all your cgi scripts, like the following:

Code:
require "D:/http/Web../private-cgi-bin/links/admin/links.cfg";

I would recommend contacting one of the LINKS Installers in the Resource Center to assist you.

A) I do not want to business from them.
B) I do not have time to look at your account.
