Well, maybe you want to try;

# PATH and URL of Admin CGI directory. No Trailing Slash.
$db_script_path = "/secure/s/somesit/cgibin/links/admin";
$db_dir_url = "http://www.domain.com/cgibin/links/admin";

# URL of User CGI directory. No Trailing Slash.
$db_cgi_url = "http://www.domain.com/cgibin/links";

# PATH and URL of Pages to be built. No Trailing Slash.
$build_root_path = "/secure/s/somesit/pages";
$build_root_url = "http://www.domain.com/pages";

Thanks Andy. I've got an admin page now. I'll be back when I encounter the next problem - shouldn't take long.
