strange problem

strange problem
I'm creating a mirror site, for links2. I believe everything seems to be working except the Build function is giving me a DNS/can't find server error, which is very weird. I've stared and stared at the links.cfg file, but other cgi files ARE working. Anyone there have any suggestions as to where to look for this problem?

Check the Links 2.0 Installation - UNIX Forum for Threads on NPH. I've seen this error response with servers that are not configured to parse Non-Parsed Header files.
