This is the error I get. I have looked every where in the postings. And looked over the files that say's where
the problem is but can't find it. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

I think this may be because you havn't CHMODed the /templates/ folder to 777.

Can't find... means that the paths to the template files have not been correctly configured in the links.cfg file. It has nothing to do with directory/folder permissions. Wink

This error is normally due to the fact that you havent uploaded home.html into the following directory...

/data1/hypermart.net/sky684/cgi-bin/links/admin/templates/

Paul thank you for the info. It allowed the links editor to complete the build. I have had a few other issues some I have fixed others I am having problems with. I will look thru the forum before I post anymore. Again thank you

I think it is a good idea to have your templates outside the cgi-bin rather than under admin.

No, the templates are supposed to be in the admin directory under the cgi-bin!
